Halloween Treat Bags

What better way to show that special trick or treater you think they are special? I made this treats bag filled with hershey kisses for all my stamp camp attendees. You can get a kit that includes the bags, precut tags, self-adhesive google eyes and baker's twine in the Stampin' Up mini catalog.

All I had to add was the adorable mummy from the stamp set Googly Ghouls and my bags were complete! Remember to stamp a little love!
